With the development of an innovative testing and cleaning system for the company IBS Austria GmbH, MICADO has once again created a successful automation of a process that was previously carried out by hand. By using high-precision laser sensors and a high-performance laser cleaning system, a special machine was developed that measures ceramic segments in a cycle time of 20 seconds and provides them cleaned for the subsequent process.
