SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

Along with the standard warranty, MICADO offers the possibility of an additional service contract. This ensures fast reaction time and fast delivery of spare parts. With this, an expensive production stop is minimized.

SCOPE OF SERVICE:

  • REMOTE-DIAGNOSTICS - immediate remote assistance directly via the control of the fixture

  • Very short response time of a few hours

  • Annual inspection of all fixtures delivered by MICADO

  • Software-updates of digitally-controlled fixtures
