World's first "ALL IN ONE" holding fixture
MICADO builds the world's first "ALLINONE" clamping device for an Irish aircraft manufacturer. Active and passive adjustable vacuum actuators combined with conventional hard tools.
Flexible clamping fixtures rethought
Several passive hexapods are positioned with high precision using robots or CNC machines and then function as static clamping fixture for a wide variety of processes.

Universal holding fixture - OCTOPUS
The 8.5 x 1.5 m clamping fixture includes 80 servo axes, which allows the clamping of 22 different components. The components (inboard flaps), which are made of carbon fibre, will be used on the new Airbus A350-900.
Universal holding fixture - HEDGEHOG
The universal holding fixture clamps 24 different flap track fairings for the reworking process on the new Airbus A350.

A completely new design concept enables the universal and fast clamping of large aircraft components for the reworking process.
