Testing products are not only done with the help of prototypes. Up-to-date simulation tools optimize component design and reduce design and prototype loops. In this field, MICADO works with FEM analyses for strength verification as well as with kinematic analysis for motion sequences.

FEM calculations:
MICADO uses integrated FEM programs, to ensure an optimal workflow between construction and FEM. Simple component analyses as well as, complex assembly structure analyses are used by MICADO to optimize your products.

Kinematics:
The visualization of movement sequences provides the input for the design of products. The design of mechanical components as well as, electronic parts are thereby optimized.
