Each Octopus module is a self-contained plug-and-play unit. Actuator modules are freely positioned on a modular base plate — the servo drive controls the vertical stroke, the rotary platform controls the alignment, and the vacuum suction cup holds the component with up to 1,000 N per suction cup.
